Welcome to Longitudinal and Life Course Studies, the international journal that brings together the range of longitudinal research within the broad framework of life course study.

Aim
To meet the communication needs of researchers using longitudinal and life course study methods at the interfaces of social, developmental and health sciences.

Impact
The journal has been accepted (2018) into the Social Sciences Citation Index®, maintained by Clarivate Analytics, along with their Journal Citation Reports/Social Sciences Edition, and Current Contents®/Social and Behavioral Sciences. It had been in the Emerging Sources Citation Index since 2016, and will be eligible for rating with an Impact Factor in 2019. It is also indexed by Google and by the SCOPUS citation database since 2014.

Four times each year - January, April, July and October.

Online free of charge one year from publication - go to ARCHIVES above. Manuscripts ‘approved for publication’ available via online repositories from the date of publication under the Green Model of Open Access.
